Every time I try to call you guys, the number disconnects. You guys are a joke; there's no way for me to talk to you to fix the problem.

My channel comes in small. It should be a big screen.

I want it fixed ASAP.

I just told you guys the problem I've been telling you guys for months, but you never ever fix it. I want it to be a full screen now.

I was charged an annual amount for the service and only half way through the year the app was discontinued on Roku. The service is now joined to another service provider I already use and pay for. I am looking for reimbursement for the remainder of my service for the half year I can't use.

Boomerang has been charging my account and I dont have the service. However, boomerangs been charging my account anyways and now its on Max. I no longer need boomerang and I want a customer refund.

Boomerang charged me $44.95 for a year, and then, two months later, they cancelled my subscription. I cannot get my money back despite several attempts.

I will have to get a bank statement showing that I paid for it on July 9th, 2024. They took the money out and I wish somebody would call me back at 405-931-****.

Im trying to cancel. I never received an e-mail about switching to max and now I cant sign in to cancel. Just taking money out of my account with no way to cancel it.

Cannot add a new TV. It won't send the email to enter the code. There is absolutely no working phone number to resolve any issues.

I want to cancel my subscription and I want my money back I have been trying to call boomerang.com and there is no phone number that I can talk to someone because I want to talk to a person

You need to work on your customer service skills we call it several times and all they did was pick up and hang up we will not be coming back to your company and we will tell others about this
